RADAN To Star At Leading Sheet Metal Show Blechexpo on Nov 5-8

The renowned RADAN sheet metal software package will feature at the forthcoming Blechexpo in Germany. And visitors will see that it is now so much more than just a CAD/CAM system.

While the latest release will be on show, highlighting items of new and enhanced CAD/CAM functionality for cutting, bending, tubelaser and 5-axis laser, there will also be demonstrations of the Radquote and Webquote quoting modules, along with the RADAN MRP System Ordermanager.

Ordermanager is the essential link between the logistic, horizontal processes in an ERP system and the vertical manufacturing process to the shopfloor.

The booth – 1700 in Hall 1 – is being run by RADAN’s German reseller 3D Concepts GmbH. Thomas Menholz, from 3D Concepts, says: “Within RADAN we can close the loop to become a full digital factory delivering a solution for every demand in sheet metal production, combined with the aspects of Industry 4.0.”

Blechexpo is being held at Stuttgart, Germany, between November 5 and 8. Thomas Menholz says it is the perfect exhibition to demonstrate RADAN’s powerful capabilities as it is the leading trade fair of its type in Europe, and ranked second in the world for sheet metal processing. It is expected to attract around 40,000 visitors.
